My name is Dennis Lenschen and I am a teacher.
I have been supporting students with tutoring for over 10 years. From the beginning it was important for me to understand why parents asked for learning support. Over time and with steadily growing experience, I have developed an innovative learning concept that, in addition to the individuality of the tutoring, builds a bridge between the school requirements, the expectations of the parents and the learning opportunities of the child or young person. I have recognized that individually coordinated and independent learning is the basis for lasting learning success.
The SKILLS learning concept therefore deliberately includes regular exchanges between parents and students in order to meet the challenges of the school at any time
(1st-13th grade) and can be mastered in every type of school.
In the SKILLS learning concept, the child's or young person's individual learning difficulties are taken seriously and a team of experienced educators develops a strategy for the child's or young person's independent learning.
SKILLS - experience tuition differently - differs fundamentally from the classic tuition offers.

SKILLS learning concept.
At the beginning there is a visit to your home, a conversation with you, including the everyday school life of the child or young person. We use the findings from the analysis of everyday school and learning to create a learning concept that is individually tailored to your child, before our teachers support and accompany your child’s everyday school life.
Together we promote your child's skills, break through possible learning barriers and strengthen independent learning.
The SKILLS learning concept is therefore not only about passing the next class test, but rather about developing a learning strategy that is tailored to your child.
Our learning concept thrives on regular weekly supervision, and at the same time it relieves you as parents, because the qualified teachers and student teachers who have been trained in the SKILLS learning concept have the necessary experience to help your child with their individual learning difficulties.
Learning how to learn - is the long-term effective benefit of the SKILLS learning concept.
We always work with our students in the learning environment agreed with the parents, this can be at your home, in our local learning center or at other learning locations, e.g. at workshops or holiday courses. In addition, we use all digital possibilities that enable regular and school-related exchange and at the same time strengthen your child's digital skills.
